David worked with me over a six-month period. I was in a role which I did not feel utilised my skills and experience and I craved more stimulation. By examining my current role, outside opportunities as well as how I could feasibly grow my role and status within my current organisation, he worked with me to make concrete changes. I am now in a new role, with more stimulation and responsibility and earning more money.  It wasn't always easy, but it was always enlightening. He offered honesty and rigorous support. From helping to grasp what my actual work needs are to, when faced with an internal interview, practical tips on how to manage a Teams presentation and how to mitigate the interview panels reservations.
